Field International produce a range of Aircraft Tow Bars for multiple manufacturers, and platforms. Airbus and Boeing are two examples.

The removal and installation tool for the 8400M was designed and manufactured by Field International. The aircraft structure was used to carry out the process.

The custom jigs were designed and manufactured by Field International (UK). They allowed a pair of wings for the Airbus A330 and A340 which were manufactured in Chester (UK) to be loaded on a Baluga aircraft and then flown to Toulouse (France) for fitting. 

Prior to the use of the jigs, a single wing was flown per trip, which increased delivery time and cost.

Field International recited, installed, tested and repaired the Jack Test Rig initially located at British Airways in Heathrow. It was the first of its kind and covers all tripod Jacks up to and including the A380. The unit is fully automated and allows the bridge to move to the correct position ready for proof load testing. It is still in use today 38 years later.
